I sail on new beginnings
[It's the first day of the flight simulator for the new recruits. Probably a lot of hopeful and bright eyed teens who are still naive enough to be excited to be at Garrison. Not that Garrison was bad or anything. If you wanted to be a pilot or anything in terms of the future in flight and space travel, Garrison was where one wanted to be at.
And everyone always look forward to the flight simulator.
It's why they're all whispering and speaking to each other as they wait for the instructor to show up. Probably don't care that they can be seen from above by the other instructors and other staff.
There was already a lot of word and rumor who it might be based on who they already had as instructors. There was also word getting around that Garrison had recently employed a new instructor. Youngest they've had and skills unparalleled. Everyone only immediately quiets down when they hear the sound of someone clearing their throat.
It's probably surprising when the person standing in a nicely pressed uniform isn't even as tall as many of the students. Despite that, the violet eyes were piercing and the way he held himself was impressive for his stature. His hair was a decent length, pulled back into a messy ponytail.] I'm going to be your instructor and oversee all flight simulations. You will refer to me as Instructor Kogane and only as that. You will also probably be seeing me at times for hand to hand combat training, but I will be ensuring that you will be up to snuff to be able to soar.
[Most would know him as one of the youngest to ever leave Earth's atmosphere. Some would know his reputation as a student before too. Whispers that he had been a bit of a problem child while attending. That he had a bit of an attitude and that he definitely did not play friendly.
Mostly, no one could deny that he had the skills and that he was ideal for ensuring that the fledglings would become more than that.] Are there any questions before we start proper?
